I was browsing my twitter feed a little while ago when I saw a frightening post.  The wonderful folks at Nerdist just did a write up about Cartoon Network canceling the current Thundercats series.  This is sad news because the new rendition of the show is very entertaining.  I missed most of the first season, but the current season has become part of my weekly watching schedule.  There is a petition online to try and save the show.  It is highly possible considering the outcry of fans who enjoyed Toonami got Cartoon Network to bring back a new rendition of the cartoon block.  Head over to Nerdist using the link below to read the whole story and if you enjoy the show sign the petition.
