Silent Hill is probably my favorite Video Game movie. It’s also one of the few game based movies that was pretty close to the actual game instead of being like Super Mario Brothers. I’ve been waiting for a new Silent Hill movie for a while and I can’t wait. Check out the trailer above.

Dark Knight Rises Midnight Showing Brings Horror
By now you are most likely fully aware of this, but last night one moron ruined the lives of many people. James Holmes was attending a midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises and decided to turn it into a tragic event by throwing tear gas into the theater and shooting a gun into the audience. Amazing Spider-Man Trailer Taunts Your Powerless Life
This is the new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man that was just released. It does a great job of showing Peter Parker’s sarcastic joking side, but also has plenty of serious moments. We also learn that Spider-Man’s weakness is simply a small knife. I’m really excited for this and I really hope Spidey makes an appearance in Avengers 2.
New Dark Knight Rises Trailer Gives Us a Catwoman Fix
I won’t lie, I’ve been trying to avoid trailers and information about The Dark Knight Rises because I just want the whole thing to be a nice little surprise. Then the Batman: The Dark Knight facebook page posted this and I gave in. I’m glad I did because it really didn’t give any information away, but was enough to entice me. I got a glimpse of Catwoman in action (yay Anne Hathaway), Bane, and new Batman toys. Enjoy!
Random Thought: Dead Space Meets Riddick
One of my favorite movie characters ever is Riddick from Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick. Granted the line of “It’s been a long time since I’ve smelled beautiful” was so cheesy and had no place in the last flick, the glowing eyes and general bad assery of Riddick makes me wish I was that cool. Tonight while playing through the first few levels of Dead Space 2 I had an amazing idea. I want the worlds of Riddick and Dead Space to collide. It’s a perfect idea considering the first Riddick movie was based solely on a dark planet…Now we’re just adding in necromorphs instead of necromongers. If you can come up with an awesome story mash-up for this, I will gladly pay someone in skittles, booze, and potential fame. Someone make this happen yesterday.
